sampling of what we offer, so if you don't find exactly
what you're looking for - don't fret! Whatever you can imagine,
we can make happen.
That's what makes Sweet William different
from a point-and-click store with the same stock items as
everyone else. We want to help you find and create something
special that is uniquely yours.
When you're ready to get started, you can
be as hands on or as hands off as you want to be. If you'd
like to talk to someone, call us directly and we can walk
you through the process every step of the way. Or, if you're
planning an invitation on the sly while the boss is just
around the corner, we can do the entire process via email!
Just call or e-mail and give a short description
of your event or tell us about the person you're dying to
find the perfect gift for. We're ready to help!
Placing your order
1. Once we've got an idea of what you're looking
for, we will send you a manageable number of choices.
2. If you want more, we'll send more! Or,
if something is almost right, our designers can customize
it to fit your needs.
3. We'll also be there to give advice (if
you want it!) on wording and the overall look.
4. Next, we will create a proof of your design
for you to approve. We can send this via e-mail, fax or
mail.
5. Once your order is complete, we'll package
it up and send it your way!

Pricing
We have such a wide range of products and options, prices
vary based on your personal selections. For example, 25
pieces of stationery can range from $25 to $300. For 150
wedding invitations and response cards, pricing generally
ranges from $850 to $2,000. Personalized gifts start at
just $18. We'll make sure you understand your pricing when
you contact us to place your order.
Guidelines and Terms of Payment
Proofs
Some of our lines may assess a fee for proofs. If you do
not want a proof, please let us know at the time you are
placing your order.
Remember to proofread all text on your items! Have one or
several other people read over the text as well, looking
for typos and misspellings. Sweet William is not responsible
for these sorts of errors. We will print the text exactly
as you approve it. Unfortunately, if you find such errors
in your printed pieces, we cannot offer you a refund - and
we do have a charge for reprinting. We certainly don't want
this to happen, so we encourage you to proofread and proofread
again!
Changing an Order
Changes can only be made during the proofing process. There
may be fees for each additonal proof so please review your
order carefully.
Canceling an order
You may cancel an order if you are in the proofing process
for a $20 fee. After your order has been approved to go
to print you may not cancel your order.
Color Variations
Due to variations in printing processes and computer monitors,
colors in our albums, catalogs and web site, may vary. Sweet
William is not responsible for these possible variations
and no refunds or discounts will be given.
Minimums for Paper Orders
A 25-card minimum is required for all orders or a $10 under-minimum
fee is applied.
Payment Terms
Sweet William accepts checks, Visa and MasterCard. All payments
are due at the time you place your order.
Photos
There may be a setup fee for printed items that include
a photo. This is in reference to orders in which a photo
must be scanned to become a part of your design. You are
more than welcome to attach or enclose photos to your order.
Rush order
Rush orders are accepted on an order-by-order basis and
the customer will be assessed a rush fee.
Shipping
All shipping costs are the responsiblity of the customer.
Expedited shipping is available upon request.
Personal Shopper
We give our personal service and attention
to all of our customers. However, if you're the kind of
person who wants to give a really thoughtful gift or special
invitation, but just don't have the time - we'll take care
of everything for you!
Call us or email us
and say: " I need a personal shopper!"
Tell us about the recipient or your event.
Then we'll do the research, send you a proof and take care
of every last detail so you don't have to! We'll stuff,
stamp, address and mail your invitations or wrap,
embellish and attach a sweet note to your gift and deliver
it to their doorstep.
We're happy to take it off your hands and
give you one more thing to check off your ever-growing to-do
list. Your recipient will never know that you didn't slave
over their thoughtful gift or invitation for weeks!
The Personal Shopper Fee will be determined
at the time of your order. You are also responsible for
wrapping and shipping costs.
Custom Weddings
After your complimentary initial consultation,
a $150 non-refundable deposit is required to begin design
of your invitations. This fee includes 2-3 "looks"
for your invitations, paper samples, printed comps and/or
and emailed pdf , and a production estimate. At the time
of your final approval, the $150 will be applied towards
your total.
Upon selecting a layout and returning a signed
estimate, the layout of your full invitation suite will
begin. You will be responsible for providing the text for
all of your pieces. Included in the cost of your invitations
are two rounds of revisions. There is a $35 charge for each
additional round, therefore we encourage you to review all
text carefully during the first round to eliminate any additional
charges.
Final proofs are used to confirm layout, typestyle,
spelling, dates and punctuation. You are responsible for
carefully reviewing the proof.* After a signed proof is
received, the designer is not responsible for any mistakes.
Once a final proof has been approved, a payment of 50% of
your total order (less your $150 deposit) is required before
going to press. The balance of your order will be due upon
receipt.
If an order must be canceled for any reason,
we understand. If the order is canceled before it goes to
press, there is a 30% cancellation fee in addition to any
costs that have been incurred.
Please note: Once final approval and payment
are received, the order will go to press within 24 hours.
Once the order is sent to press it cannot be canceled and
you are responsible for full payment.
